The desktop browser version of FieldTrace™ requires Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Please review the instructions below.

- Microsoft Silverlight (Users will be required to install Silverlight if it is not installed.)
Silverlight is currently only supported by the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (IE). FieldTrace will be functional on other browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.) in future builds.
Special note for Windows 10 Users: Edge is the browser that is installed on computers running Windows 10 however you will have to switch to Internet Explorer. The Edge icon looks very similar to the Internet Explorer icon, so many users may not be aware of the difference. Search for Internet Explorer on your computer to see if it is installed. You may need to install or update to the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight. Search for Silverlight on your computer to see if it is installed. If not, you will need to install it. While using Internet Explorer as your browser, go to www.fieldtrace.ca and select the "FieldTrace Login" icon in the top right corner of the page.
